Here is a copy of the first draft of the Glossary for the book.
If anybody has got an suggestions I would love to hear them. I guess the problem is to include enough information without providing so much I obscure things. I am aiming to avoid techie phrases in the glossary, since the people who are likely to need the glossary are less likely to be techies.
