ClickZ has a great article based on the latest comscore figures for social networks in the US. To get the picture click on the link and read the article. However, I found the following very interesting:
- Total Social Network users up 13% from December 2007 to December 2008.
- MySpace is still the biggest, but only up 10%
- Facebook is getting closer, up 57%, but still only two-thirds of MySpace
- Digg was only up 14%, I suspect it is a busted flush
- LinkedIn seems to be taking off at last, up 120%, and earlier today I saw my old chum Andrew Jeavons predicting that LinkedIn were going to be big in B2B sample provision
- The fastest moving bullet seems to be sodahead.com - more below
Sodahead.com is a relatively new service which bills itself as a place to ask questions, voice opinions, and find friends. One of the basic elements of this site is polling.
